Shipping Policy

How and when we send orders within New Zealand. All timeframes are estimates and are not guarantees. This policy sits alongside the shipping and delivery terms in our Terms & Conditions and your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

Where we ship

We ship throughout New Zealand. International shipping is not offered at this stage.

Shipping cost

A flat $12.99 NZD national express fee applies to orders within New Zealand. Shipping is free on orders of $100.00 NZD or more (before shipping). The applicable cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are packed and dispatched from New Zealand on a tracked courier service, on the next available business day. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary by location: main urban centres are typically reached faster than rural addresses. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and couriers can be delayed by weather, volume, or events outside our control.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, a further delivery charge may apply before we resend it.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not updated for several business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at thehoneyconz@gmail.com with your order number. For damage, keep the packaging and sachets and send photos so we can investigate. See the Returns & Refund Policy for how damaged-in-transit claims are handled.
