A honey pack is a single-serve sachet of honey blended with plant extracts. It is a measured serve, and honey is the base that carries the extracts. Tear the top, squeeze into your mouth, done. TheHoneyCo's honey packs contain honey plus five other ingredients at fixed amounts, every one printed on the pack. The full guide is at thehoneyco.nz/pages/whats-a-honey-pack.
One sachet every 3 to 5 days, and evening suits most people. It's designed for regular use as part of your routine.
Because it's built as a routine, the same way you'd treat training: something you keep, not something you reach for at the last minute. We don't promise a timeline. Every first pack comes with our 30-day guarantee.
We dispatch the next business day. If tracking shows your order took longer than 2 business days from dispatch to arrive (3 business days for rural delivery addresses), email hello@thehoneyco.nz with your order number within 14 days of delivery and we'll send you a single-use $10 code for your next order. One code per order. It doesn't apply if the delivery address was incomplete or wrong, or when courier networks are disrupted by events outside the courier's control, such as severe weather.
Every first pack comes with our 30-day guarantee.
Yes. Every order includes a free 20-page guide to energy and routine. The download link arrives in your order confirmation email. Shipping is free on every order too.
It is the subscription option. Your pack arrives on its own, about once a month, and you pay 20% less than the one-time price, with free shipping. Nothing else changes: same pack, same tracked courier, straight to your door. You can skip a delivery, pause it, change pack size or cancel at any time from your account. There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.
No. TheHoneyCo is a food product, not a medicine. It's honey plus five natural ingredients, each printed on the label with its amount. If you've been diagnosed with a medical condition, please see a healthcare professional. We're not a replacement for that.
Six listed ingredients at fixed amounts: honey, Butea Superba, Cynomorium Songaricum, Black Ginger, Ginseng and Vitamin C. Nothing else goes in, and every amount is printed on the pack. It's sold as a food, and each plant ingredient comes from Thai or Chinese tradition. Whether it suits you depends on you: skip it if you're allergic to honey or bee products, and check with your doctor first if you take prescription medicine, have high blood pressure or a heart condition, or are managing a health condition. The published studies on each ingredient are on our research page: thehoneyco.nz/pages/the-research.
If you're allergic to honey or bee products, this isn't for you. We don't recommend it during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you're on medication or managing a health condition, talk to your doctor before trying it. That's good practice with anything new. Adults 18+ only.
Blokes who run on routine. It's made for men, and everything in it is printed on the pack.
Butea Superba is a climbing vine from the forests of northern Thailand, known there as red kwao krua; the root is the part used. It's one of the five ingredients added to the honey in TheHoneyCo, at a fixed 150 mg per sachet, the largest of the extracts. The other four are Black Ginger, Cynomorium Songaricum, Ginseng and Vitamin C, all listed on the label.
New Zealand. Shipping is free on every order, NZ-wide: delivery is included in the price, so the price you see is the price you pay. Orders are dispatched on a tracked courier on the next business day, and they're covered by our delivery guarantee. It comes straight to your door.
Yes. Choose Afterpay at checkout and Pay in 4. Afterpay is a separate service with its own terms: late fees, eligibility criteria and T&Cs apply, and credit checks apply. See afterpay.com for terms. The price you see is the total price of your order.
