By accessing thehoneyco.nz and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

TheHoneyCo sells honey sachets as food products under New Zealand food standards. Our products are not medicines, do not contain pharmaceutical ingredients, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a health concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

You must be 18 years or older to purchase. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. Payment is processed at the time of order.

We ship within New Zealand via tracked courier. Standard shipping is $9.99 NZD flat rate, free on orders over $100 NZD. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and delivery typically takes 1–3 business days nationwide. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

Our products contain honey and bee products. Do not use if you are allergic to honey, bee products, or any listed ingredient. Always read the product label before use. We do not recommend use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you are taking medication, consult your doctor before use.

All content on thehoneyco.nz, including text, images, and branding, is owned by TheHoneyCo and may not be reproduced without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, TheHoneyCo's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any changes.
